Critical Illness Cover

In the case of serious medical conditions or major surgical procedures which prevents you from working a lump sum payment or partial payment is made by the insurer. Trauma / Critical Care illness insurance allows you to focus on recovery without the stress of financial insecurity.

Some common serious medical conditions covered:
Cancer, heart attack, alzheimers, blindness, chronic kidney, liver and lung failure, dementia, intensive care, loss of limbs or speech, meningitis, stroke.

Some common major surgical procedures covered:
Coronary artery angioplasty – triple vessel, coronary artery bypass surgery, open heart surgery, major organ transplant.

Early Stage Cancer benefit:
Trauma cover includes an Early Stage Cancer benefit which will pay a minimum of $10,000 or 20% of the Trauma cover sum insured. There is also the option of Cancer cover which will pay a lump sum to help physical and financial recovery for cancer alone and also includes the early stage cancer benefit.

Cancer Care Benefit
